Although modern saunas and steam rooms have become widespread, the relaxation and pleasure offered by a traditional Turkish bath remain unmatched. The bath experience purifies the body, renews the skin, reduces muscle tension and brings peace to the soul. Through hot steam and professional scrubbing, skin pores open, dead skin is removed and blood circulation is boosted.
Your experience begins with a transfer from your hotel. Upon arrival, towels, traditional pestemal wraps, slippers and soap are provided free of charge. First, your body warms up during a sweating session in the sauna. Then you spend approximately 15 minutes in the steam room preparing your body for the treatment. After resting in the salt room with skin-nourishing minerals, the traditional Turkish bath scrub and foam bath begins.
Following the scrub and foam bath, a 20-minute aromatic oil massage relieves muscle tension and brings deep relaxation. Optional face masks and additional spa treatments are also available. After all treatments, you round off your experience with a peaceful break in the relaxation room with complimentary tea or coffee.
